SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

Hello if you need information regarding your order please feel free to call me. Please read below before calling as it might answer some of your questions. We will fill your orders as quickly as possible. Unless other arrangements are discussed prior to your purchase your order will be processed within 48 hours or less. During peak periods processing turnaround times may increase.

Everyone please check to make sure that your shipping address is correct and that you do not have your paypal address override the one you input in the Ship To portion of our site. If you use paypal it will give you the option to use your Paypal address.

We love to shop online and we appreciate it when there are no surprises during the checkout process. As such, we now offer Flat Rate Shipping for our continental U.S. customers. Whether you are buying one item or many, it will all ship for one flat price.

If you happen to spend over $100 and you live in the continental U.S., your order will ship for free.

HERE'S THE BASIC RUNDOWN:

• Standard Flat Rate Shipping is $6.95 (2-4 days after processing).

• Standard Flat Rate Shipping is FREE with orders $100+ (2-4 days after processing)

Shipping is automatically calculated for your order at the end of checkout. Our checkout page allows you to view the total including shipping before payment information is required and then it allows you to return to the shopping page without completing the order if you desire.

Priority Mail within United States: We ship all items out via USPS Priority Mail. This allows for affordable, trackable shipments. Orders up to $99.99 will be charged a $6.95 flat shipping rate. All Orders exceeding $100 SHIP FREE!.

International: We can accommodate international orders to Canada. We ship orders via USPS International Priority Mail but we cannot control the amount of time items take to clear Canada customs. Please email us at howdy@pavementparty.com to place an international order. Shipping rates will be calculated based on each individual order.



CUSTOMS/VAT/DUTIES

Please note that the customer is responsible for customs or duties charged for international orders.

When your package was shipped USPS or Paypal should have generated an email so you can track your package. Look in your email and check your spam filters just in case it was sent to Junk mail.

International orders: Please keep in mind that when you order USPS the tracking feature is disabled when it reaches Chicago Illinois or in some cases Indianapolis, Indiana. From here it is shipped to your country. Tracking features are many times disabled because your country might not use the same tracking as USPS. The package will be "missing in action" for a while until it arrives. USPS priority mail international is very fast and usually gets to Chicago in one or two days. When the package arrives in your country it has to go through your countries customs department. If you customs department is running slow it could take some time to get to you. We have shipped thousands of packages worldwide and only had two lost so far. If you need your tracking number and you can not find it in your email then email me and I can send it to you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Our site is designed to accept MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL, AND BANK PAYMENTS.

You do not need to have a paypal account to buy from our Paypal checkout. (You also do not need to log in to your Paypal account. If Paypal recognizes you at checkout simply select "Proceed without Logging In"

SECURITY

Worried about security and entering payment information on our site? No need to worry because our site uses secure Paypal checkout for credit card, bank, and paypal payments.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELS

Defective items: Do not throw away any defective items that you want refunds or replacements for or you will not get the refund or replacement. You will be required to return the damaged or broken item to us before you will be able to get a refund or replacement.

We have a 14 day return policy for those of you are just not satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to refund your purchase of any items. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the items and we do not refund original shipping or handling charges.

If you would like to cancel your order and we have not already shipped it and we are contacted in time we will gladly cancel your order.
